INTRODUCTION

The Adox Blitz is a medium format box camera made in Germany between 1950 and 1958.

BEST SUITED FOR:

Good for nothing!

PERSONAL NOTES

The Adox Blitz is a box camera, meaning, it's quite limited. Although, unlike many other box cameras, it has a tripod socket and bulb mode. It has range focus capabilities, and also has a dedicated connector to use flashbulbs.

Since it's a 6x6 square format, there is only one viewfinder. Usually, box cameras has a rectangular image size, and so thay provide 2 view finders, so you always have a viewfinder wether the box is stantind tall or flat.

CONCLUSION

Box cameras so are cheap, I think every photographer should at least experiment with one. On the other side, because of all their limitations, I can never recommend the use of any box cameras.
