INTRODUCTION

The Fujifilm MX-2700 is an early point and shoot camera made in Japan by Fuji in 1999.

It was a 2.3 megapixels camera, which was huge in 1999. At that time it cost around $2000. Now it's useless.

BEST SUITED FOR:

Good for nothing!

PERSONAL NOTES

In 1999, this was quite a camera. We could see the pictures rightaway on the LCD on the back of the camera, wow! :-)

I still remember the sounds the camera made when opening or closing it.

This camera used Smart Media memory cards. A kind of SD card, taller, slimmer, but mostly more fragile. We had to be careful not to break it when inserting it into the camera. The image size was small so a 16MB card was enough for a whole trip.

CONCLUSION

In 1999, this camera was quite amazing, now it's just a piece of junk.
