PERSONAL NOTES

The Fuji X-E3 is very light and compact for a camera that packs a lot of features. Coming from a DSLR World, and needing a smaller and lighter camera for travalling, I would probably have liked the Fuji X-T3, but this X-E3 is just as capable, and it's even lighter.

I do not know any other rangefinder-like digital camera that has the capability of using a "AF-ON" button on the back. Very useful. Fuji listened to the feedback from the Fuji X Photographers, and it sure makes better cameras.

Image quality is very good, and with the Fuji X Raw Studio, I can take advantage of the great Fuji RAW files. When you plug the camera to the computer, you can tweak you RAW files into new jpgs. The laptop CPU is not used to generate these new photos, instead, it uses the X-Processor Pro engine inside the camera.

All Fuji X cameras have access to a wide variety of lenses, which are very capable.

CONCLUSION

The Fuji X-E3 is a mid-level camera of the excellent Fuji X system. The image quality is great, I recommend this camera to anyone who wants to have a taste of the Fuji X system.
