PERSONAL NOTES

The Kodak "Rainbow" Box, was available in different colors. This model was made for 120 film, still available today.

This specific model has only one viewfinder, unlike the usual box cameras that have 2 viewvinders, one for each orientation, portrait and landscape. This is because it was advertised as a "portrait" camera. It's the same as other box cameras, the image quality is not that great, and the viewfinder is not easy to use, even outdoors in broad daylight.

I think I can say that the Kodak "Rainbow" is cute, a bit like a lady bug, when you see it it black, it's just a bug, but because of its color, it becomes aesthetically pleasing.

CONCLUSION

The Kodak No 2 Rainbow Hawk-Eye model C is a nice display camera, like other box cameras, it's not very easy to compose with and the image quality is not great. Also, if you want to have that cute box camera, you'll have to pay way more than other box cameras.
