INTRODUCTION

In 2009, I started to build some cameras to answer some of my very specific photographic needs. The cameras I make are all named after well knowned women photographers.

Margaret is a dual pinhole camera. It was named after Margaret Bourke-White which was a well known documentary photographer.

PERSONAL NOTES

I used this camera to put two subjects in opposition on the same photo, doing multiple exposures, exposing 2 subjects with 2 different pinholes with different perspective. This camera was dismantled to reuse the pinholes for another camera.

CONCLUSION

Making your own cameras is a lot of fun, and it's a huge learning opportunity too!

I encourage everyone to try, use your imagination, sky is the limit!
