Back in 2011, I used the D3s on different occasions, and it performed very well. It's a very good camera, and high ISO performance is still very good compaired to many other cameras. With a D3s, you get a lot of pro grade options, for a fair price.


CONCLUSION

The Nikon D3s is still today able to deliver high quality images for a photojournalist that needs high performance. If you have plenty of money, or if your boss pays your equipment, opt for the newer D5, there is a huge step between the two...
