PERSONAL NOTES

The Nikon FE10 is the electronic shutter version of the Nikon FM10. You absolutely need working batteries to use the camera. On the other side, you gain aperture priority mode.

The FE10 is a ok camera, it has everything you need to do dome good photography.

The weak point of this camera is its shutter button. Usually, when pressing lightly or slowly on the shutter button, you kind of feel when you are close to take the picture. Not with this camera. If you want to take your photo at a precise moment, this lack of feeling can be an handicap.

CONCLUSION

If you want to use an manual focus Nikon, instead of getting a FE10 or FM10, I would definitely go for a Nikon F3HP, or a FE / FE2 / FM / FM2.
